The Fattorie Romeo del Castello  are located a few steps from the medieval town of Randazzo, the property is located at around seven hundred meters of altitude and borders the Alcantara river. Not by chance this location, with its beautiful landscapes, earned in the past the name of Contrada Allegracore.

The current property extends over more than thirty hectares, dedicated to vineyards, orchards, olive groves, and oak and chestnut woods. The cultivation of native varieties is preferred, such as the Nerello Mascalese grapes and the Nocellara dell’Etna olives.

The vineyard, located in the Etna D.O.C. territory, consists of three hectares of century-old vineyard and ten hectares planted in 2004. The cultivation is carried out according to organic methods, respecting nature and the traditions of Etna.
